Inspired by his own professional journey and a deep commitment to giving back, Julio established the organization to remove financial barriers, expand access to education, and create opportunities for career advancement through scholarships, emergency assistance, mentorship, and professional development.

As the Founder and CEO of Cadre Landscape, an award-winning commercial landscape company serving Southern California, Julio has spent decades building trusted partnerships within the commercial real estate industry. His leadership has been defined by integrity, service excellence, and a people-first philosophy—values that now serve as the foundation of Cadre's Helping Hand.

Through Cadre's Helping Hand, he is committed to supporting aspiring and established professionals by funding industry certifications such as the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Real Property Administrator (RPA®), assisting individuals pursuing real estate licensure, providing emergency hardship grants, and connecting recipients with mentors who can help them achieve long-term success.
